Account
Finding Your Account Number
Your Account Number (DuoHacker ID) is required for support and activation.
Open the DuoHacker app
Press CTRL + S on your keyboard
Your Account Number will appear on screen
Your Account Number is tied to the Duolingo account you are currently logged in with. You can always find it in settings by pressing CTRL + S. If you log in with a different Duolingo account, your Account Number will also change.

Something not working? Follow the steps below.
Blank white screen or normal questions showing
If DuoHacker shows a blank white screen or Duolingo looks completely normal, follow these steps:
Uninstall DuoHacker from your device
Delete the DuoHacker folder from AppData (see guide below)
Windows onlyDownload and install the latest version from duohacker.net
After reinstalling:
- Make sure your account is not enrolled in Duolingo beta testing
- Restart the app and check again
- If it still doesn't work, try opening DuoHacker on a different device — this often resolves the issue immediately
How to delete the DuoHacker folder on Windows
Follow these steps — no technical knowledge needed:
Close DuoHacker completely
Press the Windows key + R at the same time. A small box will open.
Type exactly this into the box and press Enter:
%appdata%
A folder window will open. Find the folder named DuoHacker and delete it.
Empty your Recycle Bin, then reinstall DuoHacker.
The %appdata% shortcut automatically opens the correct hidden Windows folder — you don't need to know where it is.
DuoHacker was activated but still shows normal questions
Do a hard refresh to clear cached data:
Press CTRL + R

Important Tips
Always use the latest version
Outdated versions may stop working or behave unexpectedly. Always download from duohacker.net and be careful with online tutorials — many videos are outdated and no longer accurate.
Use DuoHacker responsibly
Avoid patterns that look suspicious:
- Don't complete too many lessons in a very short time
- Don't gain unrealistically large amounts of XP at once
- Use DuoHacker in a way that looks natural
